London to Paris!

What makes a company great is not how they do things right but how they handle stuff when things go sideways. Dan and his crew are great and not only crushed getting things right the first time. They also helped us solve a couple things along the way quickly and with class. I could not recommend them more. Thanks for the help with our ride from London to Paris!

We hired a bike for Ride London Essex, having travelled from Guernsey. The service was friendly and efficient – everything went to plan. The communication in advance was excellent so we could plan for the day. It was a nice bike and very good value for money. Certainly a much better option than trying to bring a bike over on the plane. Would definitely use again and would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service and great bikes! Correspondence and communication was excellent too, Dan was very responsive by e-mail and the explanation on pick-up points was detailed and clear. Upon pick-up they helped me set-up and the whole process was seamless. Definitely would do this again!
