We need just 5 days notice to ship out your bike for your next ride. If you’re looking for a bike sooner please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
The Process:
– Choose your date and hire period
– See below for pricing and bike options (all pricing includes delivery and collection from an address of your choice)
– Add bikes to basket and checkout
– Submit delivery and collection addresses (remember you will need to be able to pop the bike back in the same box as it was delivered in, for alternative collection and delivery methods please get in touch)
– We will confirm booking within 24hrs (often sooner) and send over terms and payment details.
No payment will be taken upon booking, we will get in touch with exact pictures of your bike along with answering any questions you may have. After this we will send over a quick waiver form to fill out along with terms and a payment link.
We will then arrange delivery before your hire period starts and arrange the best date for collection. Please note the bike will need to be sent to a physical address with delivery able to be made a few days before booking date.
All bikes are boxed fully built for delivery, you simply only need to twist the handlebars and pop the pedals on. All tools will be included.
